Jordan might be traded or release this March

ESPN’s John Clayton believes the Raiders’ decision to bench LaMont Jordan is an indication Jordan will probably be cut or traded by next March.

Jordan began the season on a tear, which he needed to in order to have a chance of being brought back in 2008, when his salary skyrockets from $1 million to $4.7 million. But with his play falling off dramatically, Oakland may be more inclined to go with Dominic Rhodes and Michael Bush next year. The team also must make a decision on pending free agent Justin Fargas.
